Our middle school drop-in programs have a monthly flat fee of $150 (a ​​$50 non-refundable registration fee per child applies at time of registration) and provide youth with the freedom to socialize and hang out after school in a safe, supervised environment. Daily enrichment activities and special events offered in the programs include games, skill-building activities, team challenges, STEM learning, arts and music, homework time, recreational sports, and more. Come one day or everyday!

Our program is held at the Mount Sinai Middle School from 2:45 PM to 6:00 PM daily when school is in session.
​Students must be registered to attend.
​For youth in grades 6 and up!

Our program is held in the NSYC Rec Room at our main office in the portable building on the grounds of the Joseph A. Edgar School from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM daily when school is in session. Students must be registered to attend and take the regular dismissal bus (please call our office for specific bus letter) or the middle school late bus.

Custody information
​If there is a custody agreement or order of protection in place, all documents MUST be on file PRIOR to your child attending.
Medical & allergy information
​If your child has an allergy or medical condition, you MUST download and complete the medication consent forms and all medication MUST be provided to the site PRIOR to your child attending. Prescriptions must be kept in their original containers and have a prescription medication label. Medications and the accompanying paperwork must be kept in a labeled Ziploc bag provided by the parent/guardian. Please make sure to check the expiration dates of medications to ensure they are usable.

behavioral information
If you indicated on your child’s registration form that they are receiving behavioral-related services OR if they have special behavioral needs, you MUST fill out an individual health care plan PRIOR to your child attending.
billing & registration information
​Billing is done via e-mail on the 1st of each month. Payments are due by the 7th of each month. Payments can be made by personal check, money order, cash, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, or Discover. Checks can be made payable to North Shore Youth Council and mailed to P.O. Box 1286, Rocky Point, NY 11778. Returned checks or declined cards are subject to a $20 fee. 

Please be advised that when registering through Procare, there is an option to save your card to your account. This does NOT enroll you in monthly recurring billing; this option saves your card for future payments made through your portal. If you wish to be on autopay, you must download and complete the processing form highlighted below.

Every parent/guardian must have a credit card or bank account on file and fill out the Tuition Express Automated Payment Processing Form. Any payments that are not received by the 7th of the month will be automatically charged to the card or account file.

Register for the 2024-2025 school year!

​Reminder: Registrations MUST be completed for children to attend programs. Your registration status will say "approved." Children cannot attend programs if status is "pending." Please call the office if you have any issues.

​After creating your new account, please allow at least 24 hours for it to be imported before registering.

​Login to your account and select "re-registration" for the 2024-2025 Drop-In program.
