Our child care programs will follow the Shoreham-Wading River School District's Reopening Plans. Please note: the before/after care programs for children in Kindergarten will take place at the Miller Avenue School. As per the district, children will be bused between Miller Avenue and the Briarcliff School before and after school.

Tuition Costs for 2020-2021
Miller Avenue and Wading River Schools Programs
Before School Care:
​Hours are 6:45 AM - 8:45 AM


5 days a week = $180 per month
4 days a week = $144 per month
3 days a week = $108 per month
2 days a week = $72 per month
Per diem charge = $20 per day
After School Care:
Hours are 2:45 PM - 6:00 PM


5 days a week = $293 per month
4 days a week = $234 per month
3 days a week = $176 per month
2 days a week = $117 per month
Per diem charge = $20 per day
**As of the 2020-2021 school year, per diem days will be pre-purchased in increments of 5 time slots which you can use for before or after care at a fee of $20.00 each (total of $100.00). You will receive a punch card at the time of purchase which you can use any time of the school year for per diem only (cannot be used for extended care days, school break fun days, etc.). The cards will be kept at the site and punched when your child attends. Before your card is depleted, you can purchase additional cards. Cards must be purchased at the office via check, cash, or credit card.**

We ask that you please download and review our handbook and safety plan, which has been prepared in order to provide parents and caregivers with detailed information about our School Age Child Care programs and new health and safety protocols.

General Information:

​+There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee per child to register.

+For multiple children registered 5 days a week, we offer a 20% discount on the lowest monthly rate of any child/children after the first. 

+Any payment received after the 7th of each month is subject to a $20.00 late fee.

+There is a $20.00 fee for returned checks.


+We generally require a 48 hour time period between the time of registration and when your child/children may begin attending the program. 

+If your child will be registered for after care, you MUST write a letter to your child's school/teacher at the beginning of the year indicating what days they are attending our program in the afternoons.
​Medical/Allergy Information:

If your child has an allergy or medical condition, you MUST download and complete the medical consent forms below and all medication MUST be provided to the site PRIOR to your child/children attending.
