At North Shore Youth Council, we believe that after school hours should be for positive growth, socialization, and learning. We recognize that positive intervention in middle school-age youth during this interval of the day is crucial to promoting healthy development and encouraging a substance-free lifestyle. That's why NSYC offers support and enrichment for pre-teens beyond the school bell in the form of after school recreation programs in the Mount Sinai and Rocky Point School Districts, serving families five days a week when school is in session, Monday thru Friday, from dismissal to 6:00 PM.
