Meet Our Team

Meet the caring professionals behind our Wellness Center—dedicated to nurturing mental health and well-being for youth and families in our community.

Nancy Kloska
LMHC & Certified School Counselor

​Nancy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified School Counselor. Through North Shore Youth Council, she serves as the Student Assistance Counselor in the Shoreham-Wading River School District and also provides individual therapy after school in the Wellness Center.

As a therapist, Nancy is passionate about supporting each child on their journey toward developing positive coping skills and realizing their full potential. She values every client’s individuality and strives to create a warm, welcoming space where growth and self-discovery can flourish.
​
Nancy and her husband have three children and a dog, and together they enjoy spending time outdoors exploring nature. She loves biking, hiking, reading, and drawing—and has a special fondness for dogs and elephants.

Meghan Phillips
LMSW

Meghan is a Licensed Master Social Worker with over 21 years of experience as a school social worker.

​She currently works part-time at North Shore Youth Council, where she enjoys connecting with clients and their families and supporting children on their journey toward feeling more hopeful, confident, and happy.

​Outside of work, Meghan loves spending time with her two kids, her dog, and her cat. She's an avid reader and enjoys relaxing at the beach. Meghan looks forward to seeing you at the Wellness Center!

Blake Farnworth
LMSW

​Blake is a Licensed Master Social Worker who supports children, teens, and adults in navigating life’s challenges with compassion and understanding.

She provides a safe, welcoming environment where clients can explore their emotions, strengthen coping skills, and build healthy relationships. Blake is committed to ensuring that every client feels heard, valued, and supported through personalized, evidence-based care.
​
As a mother of two and former educator, Blake brings empathy, creativity, and collaboration to her work—meeting each client where they are and helping them grow at their own pace. She looks forward to walking alongside you and/or your child on the journey toward growth and healing.
